Electric RC Helicopter - Dyna Hawk GX - First Flight Review

I recently had the pleasure of receiving my Dyna Hawk GX: Blackguard. E 'come in a kit, ready to fly. Included in the kit helicopter, remote control, AC adapter, battery (Li-Po), 4 extra blades (2 for each rotor), a small screwdriver (for tightening blades and other repairs) was, instructions, and a bill . The first thing I did when I opened the kit was pull out the Dyna Hawk GX. After I had taken that looked like the past, and advised theSound right, I went to the rest of the content to make sure everything was there. Once I finished this review, I took the manual and read it. As was done in China, has the book in English and Chinese. Some of the instructions were a bit 'confusing, but all-in-all, it's me through the process of preparing to fly out.

After reading the manual, the next step in the Li-Po battery and obtain 8 AABatteries (not included) for remote control. The same distance has two thumb sticks. One of the thumb stick controls the throttle or "lift", and turns the helicopter, or controls the "direction". There are also two buttons under the throttle, you can "optimize" the use of the helicopter during flight. These buttons are used for "spinning" and help reduce helicopter hover straight. (For more information, read the manual.)

After the battery is fully charged, follow the instructionsTo install it on the floor of the Dyna Hawk GX. The trick is, the wires, connect the battery in "hidden" in the "cockpit" and to get their way. This is the only way to "click" to get the battery into place and flush, no wires hanging. Once the battery is connected, the cabin of the helicopter, a constant flashing light that the Dyna Hawk is ready for the show. You are now "almost" ready to fly.

Install 8 AA batteries in the remote up to expand and then screw the antennaOn the remote control. Keep the antenna extended all the way during use. Otherwise, "loss of reception" that takes you to lose control and crash it could have. With both batteries installed on the remote control, press the accelerator slightly forward (above), so that both blades spin creating "lift". If your spinning helicopter blades, you are ready to fly to a few simple adjustments. (Refer to these settings.)

After adjustments are made, it is timehave fun! The Dyna Hawk GX is an indoor electric RC helicopter. It is not made for flying outdoors. My advice (as well as the manufacturers) with a "wide open" indoor area in which it would fly on a flying area to find a large indoor basketball without obstacles. Being impatient, and also because of bad weather, I decided to try me in my living room. (I do not recommend this and I'll explain why later).

First, it took a little 'getting used togas. The manual suggests the possibility of an education, get used to the flight controls and to master different exercises. I recommend this if you are a first time flyer. Once I get used to the gas, I was immediately able to float the Dyna Hawk GX to my living room. The turnaround is very fast, sometimes too much change, so nuanced stick "right" thumb crucial. Also, make sure that there are no drafts, windows or air vents in your flightZone. The slight breeze can cause Dyna Hawk GX not fly properly and lose control. With some practice, mastering the flight control with the Dyna Hawk GX comes quickly, and soon the fly with fully charged battery.

Well, why not recommend flying around obstacles: While the Dyna Hawk GX is a rather well built RC helicopter, especially for the price is not indestructible. Usually when you lose gas, it will only fallbounce on the floor without much of a problem. But if you happen to land on an object (such as a sofa, for example), can cause damage. When I fell into a sofa, folded his wings, and I broke the plastic piece inner shaft. This part makes the blade less turn prevents the same speed as the top spin and that the entire helicopter (looks like a tail rotor). If I had not crashed into the sofa, it would be no harm would be. My mistake. Fortunately, many "hobbyBusiness spare parts for the lead parts and this part can be replaced for a small investment. I personally chose an aluminum inner shaft piece so that this problem is less likely to occur again. I will also fly in hours only in "accessible" areas with plenty of room.

The bottom line is the Dyna Hawk GX is a great helicopter for beginner to intermediate flyer, by the age of 12. The battery is fully charged lasts from 10 to 15 minutes of solid flight and also charges relatively fast. This makes waitingFlights between short and gives you more continuous fun. And 'one of the better looking apache models and I have had several compliments on it already. With proper care and a greater ability to fly, I am sure that this particular electric RC helicopter will bring you much joy in that moment. To make longer, always recharge the battery right after the exhaustion of flight, and then give you five minutes before taking flight again, so the engine can cool down. This preventsMotor "burnout". Never the battery for a longer period is not loaded. Storing a Li-Po discharge may not be able to impose a tax and leads to the battery to be replaced sooner than later. The batteries are not cheap. Sometimes getting rid of the jet of air Dyna Hawk GX to dust that may be connected with him. And always, always in an area completely free of obstacles to reduce the possibility of damage if you are flying in crashes. Do these things and the DynaHawk GX: Blackguard is another excellent addition to your arsenal of electric RC vehicles remain!
